Please check your delivery on receipt. All missing or damaged goods must be reported to us via telephone within 2 working days from receipt of goods. We may not be liable to any charges or refunds after this period.
Our orders are checked by a picker, a checker and a packer very carefully before they are despatched. Delivery At Party Explosion we are committed to despatching and delivering your goods in good condition as efficiently as possible. Most orders are despatched the same day the order is placed.Delivery charges are based on location and most of our orders are sent via a courier. Please add another working day to orders placed after midday (we class Monday to Friday as working days). The full range of delivery options are displayed below. Please note for Standard Delivery options to Scotland, Shetland Isles, Outer Hebridies, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Wight, Northen Ireland, Europe and United States of America as well as any BFPO orders we cannot guarantee delivery times. If you are ordering with this delivery option from one of these locations we recommend you order well in advance. We cannot guarantee royal mails recommended times and cannot take responsability if orders take longer than the 5 working days stated to arrive. Furthermore restrictions may apply to goods being shipped to Northern Ireland and Mainland Europe. Typically these items include Disposable Helium Cylinders, Pinatas and Banquet Rolls but are not exclusive to these products.

Returns
Party Explosion offers a 100% money back guarantee. All items purchased from Party Explosion can be returned for a replacement, exchange or refund within 7 working days from receipt of delivery.
When you return anything to us, please email us on admin@partyexplosion.co.uk and ask for a returns authorisation number. Please let us know why you would like to return the items. Please do not return items without a returns authorisation number, as this may create a delay in processing your request. Please note the following:
1. Please take care of goods in your possession. Any item returned to us must be unopened in its original packaging. Costumes may be opened and you may try them on, but any other items must come back in its sealed packaging. We will inspect this upon return to our warehouse. The item must not be damaged and should be in its original condition. We cannot accept returns of helium gas cylinders or personalised banners printed for you. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please note we are not a manufacturer, and cannot accept products not returned in original packaging.
2. You are responsible for all charges associated with returning the packages. We cannot subsidise any returns charges. We recommend you use a recorded postal or courier service, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages until they are signed for at our premises.
3. We try to make refunds as quickly as we can, but it can take up to one full month from receipt of the packages.
4. Any items returned to us outside of our returns policy will be considered 'in dispute'. These items will be held for 3 calendar months, and if necessary a reason will be provided for not refunding these items. If more than 3 months passes, we reserve the right to destroy the items. We will happily resend in dispute items to you for a charge of the equivalent delivery charge.
5. Due to false promises in the past, Party Explosion cannot resend any items until the original items have been returned. If you require an item quickly, we suggest you place an order for the extra item, and return the first item to us.
6. Sometimes items are purchased and cannot be returned within a 7 day time frame. If this is the case, we may, at our discretion and as a gesture of goodwill refund up to 60% of the value of the goods if they are returned to us between 7 and 30 days of receipt of delivery. After 30 days, we will happily resend the item back to you if you cover the shipping charges.
7. We do not offer refunds on special orders bought in for large/wholesale orders, or orders where discounts have been offered from the purchase price.
Telephone Orders
We only accept online orders. Unfortunately we cannot accept telephone orders, orders by post or by fax. We have an efficient streamlined service using a secure server, and by using our safe online shopping environment we are able to keep our costs, and the prices we charge you in turn to a minimum.
Missing Items from your order
At Party Explosion, we ask all customers to check all there deliveries within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. Our orders are checked by a picker, a packer and a checker before despatch. We can only assist with shortages if we are informed within 2 working days of the delivery signature/receipt.
